Where do you deliver?
We ship within Canada and USA. Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes!

What's the cost? How long will it take?
Orders over $75 quality for free shipping. Standard flat rate shipping starts at $9.95, based on location. All orders are shipped from Saskatchewan. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be longer for rural or remote areas, or during peak holiday seasons. Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days for most locations. Priority shipping options are also available. 

Orders are typically processed same or next day, but please allow up to two business days. 

USA orders may incur customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs charges if applicable.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Is the parcel discrete?
Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The return address is a PO box and does not include "Dildo Ranch" or any text of an adult nature.

Most orders are shipped in boxes with paper packing. Please reuse or recycle!
